Join in for a weekend of slowing down our pace, sinking deeper into our bodies and learning how to give blissful touch to one another.

We will meditate and sing, practice yoga, learn and put in use the principles of Thai Massage as taught by Ashokanada’s lineage. While maintaining our intention and care as we slow down, we will also invite a playful approach as we focus on dynamic practice and loving feedback.

By the end of this short course, you will hopefully have fallen in love with this practice and be able to give a veeery relaxing 30 minute Thai Massage to a friend.

About Cosima Bachler

Cosima found Thai Massage 11 years ago as she was writing her Master Thesis in Asia. This discovery changed the course of her life and she has since studied with incredible teachers including Arno L’Hermitier, Kaline, Pau Castelsague, Pichet and more. One thing she loves even more than giving a massage treatment is giving Thai Massage workshops and feeling the immediate magic of people giving loving care to one another. Among other things, she is also a co-founder of AlmaOhana Ecovillage in Portugal, where she lives.

About Iva Eckert

Iva started diving into the massage world four years ago and soon got in contact with thai massage. Once being on the floor and bringing movement to the receiver’s body, she knew « This is it! ». She studies with teachers as David Lutt, Cécile Hérault, Bojan Babić at the Lulyani School for Thai Massage and Osteothai. At the same time she is also a student of Renato Pappalardo, in his Energy Balancing Therapy course. Also in the ecovillage field, Iva is part of the Collectif Anavo which is developing an ecovillage in the French Vosges.
